TIOGA MANAGEMENT, LLC strives to ensure the highest quality of services and products provided. This refund policy defines the terms and procedures for refunding payments for purchased goods and services. We understand that situations requiring refunds may arise, and we are ready to work with each client individually to achieve a fair resolution.

2. Refund Terms for Services

The following refund terms apply to consulting and professional services:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the start of service provision
  • Refunds are only possible if the service was not provided or was provided improperly
  • Partial refunds are calculated proportionally to the volume of services not provided
  • For training programs, refunds are possible before the first session begins
  • Audit services are refundable only if canceled before the audit begins

3. Refund Terms for Software Products

The following rules apply to software and digital products:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for all software products
  • Refunds are provided in case of technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • For subscriptions, refunds are possible during the first month of use
  • Unused months of annual subscriptions may be refunded proportionally
  • Refunds do not apply to products purchased with a discount exceeding 50%

4. Refund Processing Procedure

To process a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send a refund request via email to Whalenasdohnuller@tiogqamanagements.com with your order number and reason for refund
  2. Provide a detailed description of the problem or reason for dissatisfaction
  3. Attach copies of documents confirming the purchase (receipt, contract, invoice)
  4. Wait for the request to be reviewed within 5-7 business days
  5. After refund approval, funds will be transferred within 10-14 business days

5. Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Services were fully provided in accordance with the contract
  • The client violated the terms of use of the product or service
  • More than 30 days have passed since the purchase (for software products)
  • Documents confirming the purchase are missing
  • The product was purchased through third parties or intermediaries
  • The client used the product for commercial purposes not provided by the license

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed using the following methods:

  • To the bank card used for payment
  • By bank transfer to the specified account (for corporate clients)
  • As credit for future purchases (by agreement with the client)
  • Through the payment system used for purchase

Payment system and bank fees are not refundable. Refunds are made minus incurred transaction costs.

7. Partial Refunds and Compensation

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or alternative forms of compensation:

  • Discount on next purchase or subscription renewal
  • Free upgrade to a higher pricing plan
  • Additional consultations or services at no extra charge
  • Extension of subscription period
  • Partial refund with retention of access to basic features

8. Disputes and Conflict Resolution

We strive to resolve all disputes peacefully. In case of disagreement with the refund decision:

  • The client may request reconsideration of the application with additional evidence
  • Negotiations with company management participation are possible
  • If necessary, the dispute may be referred to an independent mediator
  • All disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA
